Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa Flow uses physical postures and breathing practises to achieve physical, mental and spiritual well-being. Vinyasa means correct, purposeful placement of movement and breath. The mental and physical benefits of yoga are endless, including skeletal, digestive, endocrine, respiratory, vascular, lymphatic and muscular health - to name a few!
Restorative Yin Yoga
Our Restorative Yin classes offer students the opportunity to go deep within the body, often holding poses for approximately 3-5 minutes. These classes aim to release tension in the fascia, connective tissue, joints, and muscles, often built up over a lifetime. A majority of the class is spent in seated or reclined postures and are designed to allow students to unwind and go deeper into the body. Restorative yin yoga is great for students who want to balance out their practice, increase flexibility and also for those who are new to yoga or who may be working with injuries.
